                    The question that was discussed in the live session was if children should resume in person learning. Since the pandemic has taken a toll for the world,  the majority of students have been doing remote learning. Due to safety regulation, the president, and mayor of each individual state, has either made the decision to do remote learning and or in person classes. In my opinion, I believe due to the massive outbreak of the virus it is safe to only do remote learning. Even though remote learning has its disadvantage for students, it would be a safer call to make due to the safety of each and every individual. Since authorities did not know about this outbreak going to happen so randomly, they were not exactly sure on how to make classes going. Since we live in a world of advanced technology, most thought remote learning would be a best solution instead of children having to further continue their education. I believe since we have such advanced technology there wouldn’t be anything better for students, and staff to do online work. In order for our world to go back to how it was about a year ago people would need to take this step seriously. If people continue to go back to how the world was before now, the world simply would not improve. It would degrade back to how it was back in april. As of right now, the cases are going up and some states have taken safety majors to shut down schools, and universities. Children should resume back to remote learning, so they don’t lack their education due to this hideous virus. In order for communities to be safe, remote learning would be the best and safe option so more individuals do not get this virus. Since the board of education, and universities are well known about this virus, they have taken measures to further advance remote learning so students would not have trouble understanding how to use it. For those that do not have the technology at home, schools and universities provided ways where they can be able to access those devices. I believe remote learning has its perks, but it would help the world go back to the way it was, if students do remote learning. It will keep everyone safe, and students would not have to worry about going to school and getting sick.
