1.Describe your personality type, as determined by the assessment. Do you agree with the results? Why or why not?
After taking the personality type quiz my personality was determined as consul . I agree with a lot because I always make sure the people around me are happy and doing things they love. Having a consul personality means you’re Extraverted, Observant, Feeling, and Judging personality traits. They are attentive and people-focused, and they enjoy taking part in their social community.
2.What are the assigned strengths of this personality type? What are some challenges? Do you see these playing out in your work or personal life?
I see alot of my strengths and weaknesses playing out in my personal life . My biggest strength is having a strong sense of duty and being very loyal . As to my weakness being inflexible and too selfless. I find myself being very selfless with life because I take care of everyone and tend to forget to take a moment to self reflect on my mental health.
3.Are personality tests effective ways to determine whether a candidate is right for a role? Why or why not?
The best way to determine a candidate for the role is to engage with them in person that way you can feel their energy and aura.
Hi Heaven
My personality said that I am an advocate and it also made me reflect on always being there for everyone else so I can definitely relate to that even though we do not have the same personality type. My personality also said that I am people focused which is very ironic because it says that I am introverted while yours say that you are extroverted. Its definitely understandable how different personalities share similar traits with the things that are different making us unique yet still being able to connect and relate to each other with the traits that we share.
