For our Unit 5 Assignment, we will return to the discussion board.
We will reflect on what we’ve learned in class and through our course materials to discuss how protecting products and processes legally can be more complicated for organizations than it seems. We will explore the legal threats to a small business through the hypothetical example of a dog treat company called Salty Pawz, which you’ll read more about in our discussion prompt.

In order to receive full credit for this assignment, you must first post your own response to the question(s) above by Friday, October 6 at 11:59pm ET. You then must comment meaningfully on at least two classmates’ posts by Sunday, October 8 at 11:59pm ET.
This assignment is worth a total of ten (10) points — 6 possible points for your original post, and up to 2 points for each of the two responses to your classmates’ posts.
