2 Truths + a Lie: Writing Memoir+ Autobiographical Fiction in the Pandemic

I want to share with you that Bushra Rehman— a poet, novelist, and all around brilliant teacher– is holding two free creative writing workshops on November 12 and November 19.

Applications are open to all. You do not have to identify as a writer to take this class. Muslim, BIPOC, immigrant and 2nd generation women and non-binary folks are encouraged to apply. CUNY community college students are encouraged to apply.

    This is so interesting! I’ve been wondering about exactly this recently (writing + COVID). I also took Asian American Memoir with Professor Rehman at Hunter and it was easily one of my favorite classes!

    To clarify, should we register for tickets after submitting the application or after receiving notice of acceptance? Thank you!!
