9) When Ali speaks on the language of being the minority being the most important language, I feel like there is a way that we are all the minority in different situations. It can be in cases when you people are laughing and you don’t understand what is funny, or even when you just don’t know the language that is being spoken. When you are the minority to a language you are sort of being excluded from what is being communicated. With the gaining an understanding of the minority language it allows you to be more diverse and greater understanding to society.
10)The language that he is referring to the languages that we all share in common. There are many times when the people around have the same understanding or language that is spoken, but the mean and the way the words can be expressed can be misinterpreted or not understood to the full extent. We may even find it difficult to find the correct words to say to sum up everything in our mind, making us not express in language at all.
