My name is Winston Massay. I’m a Video Arts and Technology major at BMCC, where I’ve grown a lot both creatively and academically. After struggling in high school, I came here with a goal to turn things around, and I have. Building stronger habits, deepening my skills in film and media, and staying focused on my passion for storytelling through the lens of the camera.
Acting is at the heart of what I do. Stepping into different roles and connecting with people through honest, emotional performances, challenging myself to tell various stories. I also enjoy directing and writing, and I’m always looking to tell stories that feel authentic, inspiring and meaningful.
Now, I’m preparing to transfer to Brooklyn College to continue studying film and acting. Choosing Brooklyn College meant a lot to me, as I grew up close to their campus, dreaming of what I can accomplish as a creative. I want to challenge myself, work with inspiring artists, and take my craft to the next level. I’m excited to keep growing and building a future in film, acting, and content creation.
