Why did you choose this topic?
This is something I’ve personally experienced and am still witnessing in today’s society. Having someone that’s qualified and knows what they’re doing is an amazing feeling and opportunity that many should be able to experience. Having an educator who knows what they’re doing, what they’re talking about, and is actually willing to help and motivate you is a great educator.
Why is this subject meaningful to you?
It is meaningful to me because I have experienced this myself and I still see this occurring. Education is important, and everyone deserves to have an educator who actually loves what they’re doing and wants the best for those they teach.
How will this topic impact you as an early childhood professional?
This topic will impact me as a professional because it reminds me that there are children out here who aren’t getting the education they deserve. It makes me want to give 110% to my future students, to be able to give them the best they deserve with out any issues.
