Small Action

Teachers and families will assemble and be encouraged to discuss the impact and effect of the community’s lack of cultural pedagogy as well as the necessity for advocacy.

Community meeting: The discussion will center on the identification, classification, and mapping of the relationships and influence of the emotional and social effects of the stakeholders, who are the children, families, members of the community, and educators.

Analyze and record the advocacy tactics employed, such as using the media, making phone calls, bulletins, pamphlets, etc.

Organize and record the present aims and objectives. For instance, talk with the teachers, education professionals, and the community to spread knowledge of the problem and the necessity for a thorough plan for culturally responsive practices in the schools.
