Q #1: In MLK eyes, what separates just an unjust laws is simply that just laws are laws in with men created for the betterment and protection of the individual civil rights and liberties. Just laws comprise of artificial and synthetic codes that align with God‘s moral authority. On the opposite end, unjust laws are laws that men form for their own personal gain. It doesn’t align with the moral laws of God. I’m just laws are comprised of codes that are deficient of harmony with the moral law. I’m just laws are completely unethical and ignites pain and sorrow on people. MLK thought of an unjust law as “no law at all.“ Simply stated, just laws seek to protect people, while under straws in to inflict pain on people.

Q #2: It is imperative to acknowledge just an unjust laws and how different they are. Just lost six to uplift and protect the people all while promoting an individual’s moral values with his alignment in God’s moral authority. The ruling of Walmart versus Duke’s was unable to bring a victory towards the female employees that brought the case to court. An issue of “commonality” emerged and heavily swayed their ruling. Q #1: within the government, elected branches control a crucial role in protecting our individual rights within this country. The justice system is comprised of a list of judges aren’t influenced by any public opinions. Board of Education case, these judges concluded that they would protect people regardless if it was politically not a moral idea.

They also partake in biased judgment by ruling in favor of the ruling party. The supreme court judges normally do not have the support of the people and that’s just the way it is. The main reason for selecting judges this way is to guard the individual interests of the wealthy which Federalist #10 proves. The diagram of M-C-M elaborates on the way capitalists maintain and grow their wealth. Mia currency, C is commodity, and M’ is greater than M. To extend the longevity of someone’s wealth and to grow it for the future, Capitalists understood that they have to invest their capitals as well as purchase commodities to sell. The ability of attaining a commodity with finances which are already owned and is subsequently sold to create more of a financial gain is known as the MCM.
