Multimedia Programming I
For this artwork recreation assignment I chose to recreate “Double Post-Image” by Julio Le Parc due to its minimalistic nature: 18 teal colored horizontal lines on the left, and 20 red colored vertical lines on the right.

After multiple tries, I’ve recreated an artpiece from Carmen Herrera, I don’t know the name of the artpiece, just go with it
In this assignment, I chose to recreate Julio Le Parc’s artwork “Double Post-Image” (image is the bottom one). For my recreation (the image at the top), instead of just removing a couple of lines and changing the colors, I also decided to have the rectangles gradually go down in size in order for it to form a triangle which I thought would look pretty neat and make it look more interesting.

For this project, I wanted to capture the essence of the image. I tried blending more saturated colors and simplifying some design aspects.
