I combined 5 total audio files to create a portrait of what would be me studying at a library. I added the library background ambience, music because I listen to music while doing school work, vibration of a phone for realism, the sounds of writing, and finally my own recorded sound of me opening my bag and taking out a book and pen. I had the music fade in and out.

I wanted to create an ending audio, and I used the background sound of the subway passing by, the voice of the last stop and the sound of the piano. It’s like the end of the movie, everyone gets off at the last stop.

SAYING GOODBYE IS HARD

“Saying Goodbye Is Hard” is an emotional audio project that captures the sounds of wind, car doors, and engines during the process of helping my mom move out of her townhouse due to unfortunate circumstances.
The project also includes a personal voice-over and an instrumental track from Rockstar Games’ Max Payne 3 that evokes a sense of nostalgia and bittersweet feelings.
It’s a relatable and human experience that everyone can connect with – saying goodbye to a loved one or a familiar place is never easy, but it’s a necessary part of life.

Using Illustrator I drew a funny looking lady I designed by using shapes and curving lines. She is in her office just waiting for lunch time to come around for food and a break. I created this collage of some of my favorite things that I do daily, as well as a picture of myself in the middle. I love to roller-skate, and I used to do it a lot in my home when I was younger (not safe, I know). I love flowers/nature, and one of my favorite flower combinations is roses with sunflowers. I want to travel a lot, so far I’ve traveled within the United States, Mexico, France, and Spain. I love baking for my family, it’s something I do whenever I have time. I’m constantly playing video games on my Nintendo Switch and always listening to music. I spend too much time on makeup and my nails (even though I’m not a pro at either). And my dog Bella is like my child, she’s 7 years old and has so much energy, she can be mean sometimes but I love her. I also included some characters that I love, like snoopy, and Sanrio characters; Gudetama and Kuromi.
