Title: blue sunset

semester/year: spring 2022

software:photoshop

This is my self portrait called “blue sunset”. I made this portrait to make a cool view over the sunset but in blue to symbolizes a sense of calm presence. this was really good with nature for example the deer and wolf doing what they do peacefully in nature. they are around each other yet within conflict at all.

Title: Vogue Magazine Portrait

Semester/Year: Spring 2022

Software: Adobe Photoshop

As an aspiring Actor/Model, I decided to utilize photoshop so I can envision what would happen if/or when I’m blessed to be on the cover of a magazine. I used a photo of a woman holding up a blank magazine cover, then I uploaded a picture of me on to a different layer, before scaling it down from its original size and overlaying on to the first layer. I though that what have been it however, when overlaying the picture of me, the picture was also overlaying the woman holding the magazines cover’s hands which made it look, well … photoshopped. However with the help of the masking tool, I was able to mask out the woman’s fingers, and made the final project look more palatable & realistic.

Title: Hollywood Walk of Fame Portrait

Semester/Year: Spring 2022

Software: Adobe Illustrator

I’ve never had the chance to go Los Angeles, so I got on adobe illustrator, and illustrated what I Imagined the Hollywood walk of fame would look like. Using the line segment tool, I drew two perpendicular lines to be the sidewalk, then I used the star tool to draw out the stars, then used the text box to write some of the inductees of the walk of fame. I also used the rectangle shape tool as well as the circle shape tool, to draw a 2d camera at the left hand corner.

Title: Do All of It

Software: Illustrator

For this portrait I wanted to show how I enjoy standing out. I think normal is boring so I used a lot of color. I used many gradients to make it more flashy to capture that idea.

Title: Self Portrait

Semester/Year: Spring 2022

Software: Adobe Photoshop

I used Photoshop to composite a photo of a bird and a beach scene. I also used filters and blending layers to create the color scheme. The oversized bird in the landscape represents the importance of freedom in my creative process.
