I chose the audio from a serial which was without music and effect. Then I added two music as background of the audio to make the audio interesting to listen. I chose both music from bensound.
I created this audio to give a nostalgic feeling of growing up in New York City during the 90’s. As a kid playing in public parks in the inner city, these are often the sounds of our environment and the world within our own reality. I combined 6 different samples to make what I will be presenting. I used only one effect which was scrunching and increasing sound. No challenge was found.

this audio is called New York City with jazz. its basically the all the sounds of New York . sound that we all usual here throughout the day in New York. but with vining jazz music.
For this audio I wanted to create a horror asmr experience. I composed different sounds that I both found and recorded myself to tell a short story of a stranger creeping into someone’s house and killing them while they listen to music.
For this project I decided to use multiple sounds online as well as my own. It’s the story of someone peeing but once they see a bee they freak out and fall. I thought it would be pretty funny.
My general idea was to create an atmosphere based on the story narrated by my protagonist. As my character told her story, multiple different sounds accompanied the narrative. My idea is that anyone who listens to this project can imagine the scenarios and situations differently according to the audience’s interpretation. Something like watching a movie with your eyes closed and having only the sounds as the reference and the rest being completed by the audience’s imagination. For this project, I have used various sounds from freesound.com and Bensound and the protagonist’s voice that I have recorded myself. I use reverb, delay, panning, and I have modified the gains multiple times throughout my mix. The hardest part was moving the pan from one side to the other because audacity doesn’t have the pan automation option, so I had to improvise a bit.
I like skate boarding so I decided that the focal point of the piece would be an image of someone doing a kickflip. I chose this colourful background because it doesn’t ground the image, it makes it so that the hand and the skater are lost in space, which is how I feel when I am skateboarding. I don’t fee time pass.
This image is a man looking into a vast mountain range. he is standing in the middle of the range and all of the lines the mountain makes kid of point to him. This is showing that he is the main part of this image but there is a lot more going on other than him. I recently moved to New York and this is similar to how I feel being here. I am the main focus in my life but there are so many things happening other than what I am doing.
Im a big ocean/water person so that was the first thing that came to mind when I saw the blank canvas in Adobe Illustrator. From then the idea somehow evolved to big cruise ship overlooking an afternoon sunset with a storm about to happen. Hence the dark big grey clouds right above the cruise ship. Everything sort of came to me as I was creating the image, using and playing around with all the different shapes and effects Adobe Illustrator has to offer.

If anyone knows me they know Im big in nature person. And love everything Mother Nature has to offer. That is why I chose to go with the background I did. I was instantly in love with the scenery, all the trees and mountains. That is why the whole image I created is how I feel and what I do if I was actually there taking in all the scenery. I would 100% be floating on some type of object just looking up at the sky and observing everything around me with my dog by my side. Hence the image of the girl looking up and the dog floating on an island beside her. I included baby Yoda not because he is the cutest to ever exist but because Im a huge over thinker and am always thinking about the what if’s. That is why he placed where he is wearing my favorite sneakers on earth. I combined all these images and made my small idea in my head come to life, featuring a couple of my favorite things. I enjoyed learning and playing around with photoshop and can’t wait to use all these new skills in the future.
