Summary
The short film i will be working and focusing on in my short paper will be Krazy Kat and Ignatz Mouse at the circusin and Krazy Cat by George Herriman in 1916.
What drew me to this film was its story and what it was truly written about.It talks about A Cat Being in love with a male mouse but the gender of the cat was always unknown.Back in those times racism was still going,so the fact that the opposition between black and white can be redefined in the this story about an unknown gender cat and a male mouse interested me.An the visuals,its a clear imagine thats happening within the comic.
The element i will be writing about is my personal reflection on Krazy Kat and how it was made ,what it was made about , and whats the bigger picture behind the writing.
