About Me
Romina brings over 20 years of experience in marketing strategy, program management, and business operations across media, technology, startups, and nonprofit sectors. She began her career at leading media brands including BusinessWeek and The Economist, where she developed a strong foundation in strategy, collaboration, and execution.
In 2017, Romina launched RDN Consulting, supporting organizations and early-stage ventures with growth and operations. She later co-led NYC Media Lab’s university accelerator, The Combine (2019–2020), mentoring student founders through prototyping and innovation challenges. Most recently, she served as Programming Co-Director for BMCC Blackstone LaunchPad (2023–2024), where she designed and led entrepreneurship programming for students. In 2025, she founded Small Business Sandbox, a platform helping aspiring entrepreneurs turn ideas into sustainable businesses.
Romina holds a B.S. in Communications from St. John’s University and is PMP- and CSM-certified. She is an active member of PMI and PMINYC, a mentor with the Nasdaq Entrepreneurial Center, an Advisory Board Member for VISIONS/Services for the Blind and Visually Impaired, and a Content Lead for PMINYC’s Professional Development Conference.
