Children are our future and creating a great foundation fo rthem is very important, and without experienced educators their future is at stake.

This subject is meaningful to be because lots of teachers are moving on to better paying career choices, which now affects and hurt our children
3. How will this topic impact you as an early childhood educator?
This will impact me to be a better ECE teacher by challeging myself to take risk that will help children to be the best they can be, and prepare them for a bright future.
