Online in Fall 2020
All classes taught in Fall 2020 will be taught online. For some classes special equipment will be used. In order to have the best experience possible, please stay in touch with the MEA Department and your professor about your technology needs.
If you haven’t yet, please complete our student technology needs survey. As the semester gets closer, we will also post more information on this site regarding the availability of equipment checkout.
MMP 250 Digital Film Fundamentals
We are only able to offer one section of MMP 250 for Fall 2020. As an alternative, students can take MEA 300 1400 Experimental Film with Prof Phil Weisman. The department will create a course substitution for you so that it will count in the same place as MMP 250.
NOTE: registration in all MEA 300 courses is by department permission only. Please contact us to request enrollment the course. Only after you are given permission will you be able to register on CUNYfirst.
VAT 301 Introduction to Video Graphics
There is a new section of VAT 301 available and registration is open. VAT 301 counts as an Animation Program Elective.
