Cuny Clash: Marked Up
Marked Up is a mobile app that provides contractors with a tool to help them organize their daily, weekly, and monthly work schedules according to their clients. This app also allows contractors to showcase their previous works with our portfolio page within the app. In addition, Marked Up has a language translator that will further help the business owner and their clients communicate and understand each other better, allowing them to complete tasks the client requests with little difficulty efficiently
Research Question and Explanation
Has the recent addition of residential buildings and community investing projects benefited the community, or has it caused issues to local residents and business owners?
The reason why I came up with this question Is because in our community little is down to improve living conditions. Far Rockaway was a neglected part of queens for many years and had little to no change in past decades. With the recent addition of funding coming into the community, New residential buildings are being constructed, new commercial spaces are now available for business owners to occupy, and a new community library is being built. While this may be seen as a positive thing in our community, what are the thoughts of the resents and local business owners on potential new threats?
