Consumer Decision Making

If I moved to Salt Lake City, I would first decide what kind of I food I want. If I want Italian food, I will first google it and search for a restaurant that is near to me. I will look for the service option if they have a pickup, dining, or delivery. Furthermore, I will check the menu to see what kind of specialties they have. I will check to see if the restaurant has a reservation or walk-in.  Lastly, I will check for the review and ratings of each restaurant to see if they have a nice service and the price. While I am searching for the restaurant and the reviews, I prefer something that is a good mixture of both fancy and casual although the taste of the food is more important attribute for me. I will choose pickup rather than delivery because they tend to charge more for delivery service. One of the restaurants that I found interesting was Salt and Olive which has good reviews and 4.5 ratings out of 146 reviews. The interesting part was their pictures that were posted online which I found through search engines. When I went to their reviews, it was good and my top priority is if they have a timely and friendly service because sometimes when you order your food, it will take a long time to get the food. Most of the people reviewed their good food.

Caffe Molise is my first choice because it is budget-friendly and has good reviews. I chose it since it has 4.5 ratings out of 2.6k reviews. The Caffe Molise has a live jazz trio for those who enjoy music during their meal and is kid-friendly for those who have kids. They have handicapped access plus an elevator, and they have a garden patio for those who want to eat outdoors. Also, they have a parking lot.

I found out that most consumers look for the same thing as myself such as good food, customer service, the menu, and the service option. Customer service is equally important as good food and can be the top priority for the most consumer.
