In Season 14, Episode 22 of “Shark Tank,” there was a pitch that stood out most: it was the waistband that turns any regular shirt into a crop top without having to buy or cut one. The product is designed to be worn over any shirt, It’s made of stretchy and comfortable material, allowing customers to choose their desired length. By wearing this waistband over their shirts and adjusting it, people can easily transform any regular shirt into a crop top, allowing buyers to save up and keep up with fashion trends while also creating their own. This product fills a gap in the fashion market, many people want a crop top, and having the choice to test any shirt without causing damage to it is an affordable and easy way to make any shirt work to bridge the gap. This product makes shopping much simpler rather than shopping for specific crop tops, consumers can choose any shirt in their closet, saving money and reducing waste.

The joneses
1.At first, The movie starts with a family wealthy in products and luxury goods.The neighbors aspired to be like them, and after many interactions, I noticed many examples of personal selling. The family started building relationships the moment they moved in, each member had a specific category of products to sell and advertise to the town’s people.
2. Some similarities I see between the Jones family and some of my favorite brands are the fact they are promoted and influenced by celebrities. Many companies use up-to-date celebrities to model and speak highly of a product to make or break their sales. For example, chrome hearts was founded in the ’90s and recently brought back to life thanks to rappers speaking about it in their latest songs.
3.Their marketing tactic was unethical, and they weren’t upfront, honest, or perfect. They used people and directed them for their benefit. Multiple times, finessing them by using their trust to make a profit is very unethical.
4. If I were to be friends and open my doors to people like this and learn the truth, I would be left in deviation and be worried more people like this will come. My trust and loyalty will be broken even afterward.

If I were to move to Salt Lake City, Utah and wanted to eat pasta at an Italian restaurant without knowing the neighborhood I would start by researching popular places online and look at the reviews from previous customers. I like to look at sites like yelp and Reddit and also add keywords into my search like “popular” and “Best italian pasta In Salt Lake City”. After looking around there are still several factors that come into play like price, menu, deals and location. Location is important for delivery, reviewing, and comparing the options. Looking at the distance and rating help me to pick the best choice. One Buca di Beppo Italian Restaurant has great reviews and home made pasta.Another Option I found “Italian Village” this place offers very low prices for its quality food. Lastaly Osteria Amore because of its popularity in the city for the best homemade pasta and sauce. One similarity they all have is the quality and distance from the trains and major roads. The decision making process takes time but really does narrow down the options overall. When it comes to me, I like to look for places that have good ratings and health grades as well as a large dining space.In order for me to find this, I use google to help guide me and Redit to hear people’s experiences . Technology can summarize the web and filter options to the right place for the right price. Due to lack of private transportation, it has to be a location that is either in walking distance or has a transit station nearby so I found options in the city. It’s hard to find the right place but now you can search and you can customize the categories that best match you or the consumer.
