
What is legal rights?
Legal rights refer to rights according to law. It exists under the rules of some particular legal system. Following is a case law defining the term legal right. The American Bill of Rights, inspired by Jefferson and drafted by James Madison, was adopted, and in 1791 the Constitution’s first ten amendments became the law of the land. One of the reasons why legal right exists is because The right of citizens of the United States to vote shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any state on account of race, color, or previous condition of servitude. I believe everybody is the same in all the ways that matter. I think a human is a human, in their most basic form, and it matters very little what they look like. I think people have a hard time grasping the idea that they could just as easily be the homeless person on the corner. They’re no different than you, their life is just taking them down a different road.
