Animation major, Jneyde Williams exhibits her first digital animation, Animated Balls. The video is 1 second and drawn in 24 frames. Both balls are bouncing at a different pace where the black ball is dropping 32 seconds and the pink ball is dropping in 40 seconds.
The animated short FIN is about someone overcoming sadness. The animated flip book was shot in the Borough of Manhattan Community College created and drawn by student, Jneyde Williams. The story was influenced by her peers experience of overcoming stress and mental barriers such as her own. The cloud exhibits an overwhelming feeling in which blocks the character from moving forward. But suddenly someone shields the person with an umbrella. As the cloud fades, the two people witness a flower beginning to bloom. Williams, an animation major desires to express the importance of mental health within her community through the frames of visual and digital art.
