Someone doing what’s best for them and their lifestyle shouldn’t be looked down upon or even be questioned. When it comes to having an abortion, there is no right or wrong choice. People get abortions for different reasons. Many women are simply not ready to have a child. With busy lifestyles such as having jobs or school or taking care of family and even having personal time, having a child doesn’t fit into some people’s daily routine. Some women are already mothers and simply can’t fit another child into their lives or they don’t want to have any more kids. rather than bringing up a child into a world in which their parents wouldn’t have the time for them, it’s better to just get an abortion. Some are not financially stable enough for a child. Many people live in poverty or have to survive on a low income in which they struggle to support themselves and their families. The average cost of raising a child in the US until they are an adult is about $230,000 according to the United States Department of Agriculture. Struggling to provide for yourself financially and having to think about raising and providing for a child can be extremely overwhelming to think of. Rather than raising a child that will experience poverty, homelessness, foster care, child abuse, lack of education it’s better to just prevent it by getting an abortion. Being pregnant a lot comes with a lot of complications due to the massives changes happening to the women’s body. Some complications obesity, diabetes, infections, mental health issues, UTI, anemia and so much more. Being that the fetus puts so much pressure on the human body, it can cause many complications affecting the health of the mother-to-be at risk. Sometimes the best option is to get the baby aborted to save the life of the mother. Teens often get raped and sometimes the best option for them and their families is abortion. I can’t imagine being a kid and getting raped and still having to raise the child. That must be so traumatizing to many young girls who are victims all around the world. Rather than getting into women’s business and banning abortions, men should consider getting vasectomies which is a rather simple procedure. People with uterus don’t impregnate themselves. therefore they should be able to have a say in what they chose to do with their bodies.
