Summary
In this article "Nature vs. Nurture" it is emphasized that genetic and environmental factors are essential when determining a person's personality. There is a historical debate about whether human personality is determined by environmental or genetic factors. On the other hand, naturalists believe that genes and biology play the most important role in determining a person's traits and characteristics, while those who support nurture believe that environment and experiences have a greater influence on a person's personality. The controversy has been going on for decades, and the truth is that nature and upbringing play the main role in the formation of a person's personality.
For me, I agree with this fact that not only nature can determine our personality, nor can only nurture determine our personality. A person’s personality is formed through the genes he acquired from his parents and the things he learned from them, in addition to habits and practices that he acquired with the days and he had different experiences and lifestyle.
