Summary

Nature refers to our genes, which determine our appearance, eye color, hair color and so on. And Nurture refers to the environment that influences our personality, behavior, etc. as we grow up. And there are some people in this society who believe that certain factors are innate or naturally occurring and have nothing to do with environmental influences, which some philosophers, such as Plato and Descartes, and that all of our traits and behaviors are the result of evolution. They argue that genetic traits are passed from parents to children and influence individual differences that make each person unique. And there is a part of the population that believes that the human mind starts out as a blank of paper. According to this concept, everything we are is determined by our experiences. But in fact, innate and genetic influences are divided into many parts. In psychology, there are scientists who believe that students who good in their studies do so because of their family heritage. And in child development, some psychological propose that children are born with an instinctive mental capacity that allows them to learn and produce language. And through the bobo ball activity we conclude that children can learn dangerous behaviors by imitating the behaviors of others. Some mental illnesses are genetic in origin, while others are influenced by the environment, such as PTSD.
My point is that nature or nurture exists mutually in our life. For example, a student's excellent performance is not only because he has talent, but also because he needs to study hard in his usual life. If he doesn't work hard later, it is impossible to get good grades simply by relying on his talent. So nature or nurture is not necessary to argue. Genes and environmental influences are can not missing anyone.
