Welcome to Week 6. BMCC is officially closed on Monday, October 9 for Indigenous Peoples Day. This week we will read the short novel The House on Mango Street by Sandra Cisneros. The book is composed of a collection of vignettes, which piece together the story of a young Mexican-American woman as she explores various facets of her identity and culture.
Note: The final draft essay was due Sunday, October 8th.
