As this class is about literature, the story ” The Most Handsome Drowned Man” describes the class very well. In literature you would have to read and write, discuss about texts, think critically and ideas. The story was scary and not pleased at the beginning but as you are reading through out you will find it interesting. In the story, the women from the villages were admiring the dead body of the drowned man, they decided to make him clothes to cover him up, they cared so much for the man at one point they compared him to their own men. They described him as the strongest and tallest man. However, they could see the embarrassment he had to go through life because of his height and size. Despite of how handsome the drowned man was, the women had to admit that he is finally died, and find a way to bury him.

I totally agree with the comparison that you made between the story and the class. There will be moments where critical thinking is required. We will have to learn to complete assigned work in a timely manner. It is normal to not have all the answers when course materials are bestowed to you. However, with great time-management and thorough studying and assistance from classmates. You will find yourself flourishing in due time. As in the story, people were surprised at first of the physical features of the drowned man but as they came together, they were able to discuss ways to bury him the right way. Great analysis Dyna!
