Activity #2: Relationship-Based Practice Scenarios

Read the Relationship-Based Practices scenarios.

Relationship Based Child Care Scenarios
  • Pick any 3 scenarios.
  • Reflect on how you would handle each situation using a relationship-based model of practice described by Baker and Manfredi/ Pettit (2004)
  • Answer the follow questions:
  1. Identify which scenarios you picked.
  2. For each scenario, explain how you would respond and what you would do in the situation.
  3. Include specific references to Baker and Manfredi/Pettit (2004) and the video in your responses

This week for your Group Zine you will:

    1. Identify your color role (the email I sent to your group has your role by color)
    2. Complete the task assigned to your role.

    1. Go to your group’s Google folder (the email I sent your group has the link to the Google Golder)
    2. Look for the Module 2 documents in the folder

      2. Module 2: Relationships
    3. Read the directions on the document
    4. Complete the task assigned to your role
