Module 15: Play Materials Zine (11/30-12/6)

Module Objectives

In this module you will:

  1. Design the layout of your zine pages
  2. Create an e-zine
  3. Share our Play Materials zine

Assignment #1: Play Materials Zine

In this module you will take the material you have worked on during modules 5-14 in your group’s Google folder to and transfer in into your Play Materials Zine FlipSnack!  Once we are finished, we will share our Play Materials zine!

What have we done so far?

  1. Your group decided on what play material you would focus on.
  2. During modules 5-12, you collected information about how your play material supported infant development from various sources – assigned course readings, videos from each module, NYS Early Learning Guidelines, etc.
  3. In modules 13 & 14, you wrote your Play Materials zine article using the information you collected!

What should you do this week?

  1. Create your zine pages on Flipsnack! (Contact me  if you need to be added to the project again!)
  2. Add text – paragraphs, headings & subheadings– to your zine pages on Flipsnack!
  3. Transfer content from your group’s Google folder and Google Docs to your Play Materials zine article pages on Flipsnack!
  4. Add images to your zine pages on Flipsnack!
