At the start of the film, the Parks family appears to have all the advantages necessary to live a decent life. On the other hand, the Kim family appeared to be unable to meet their fundamental demands. As a result, to survive, the persecuted family did all it took to get a better life. This is Chaffee’s third moral position: I would do whatever to enhance my circumstances. Parks ripped off the images of other workers in a desperate attempt to acquire the job. Without considering that these employees are members of the same underprivileged group. Their principles have been shattered because they have prioritized their well-being over moral conscience.
Given that situation, slandering someone who works hard for what they have and where they are would never be a valid excuse for me. As the fourth moral viewpoint emphasizes, I Would Do What God or the Scriptures Say Is Right. It is like stealing something from your neighbor with this wisdom. Taking someone else’s job solely to meet your demands is against the religious norm. Instead, I can work hard and dedicate myself to proving my worth and being promoted to a higher position.

The title “Parasite” has two meanings. At first glance, we might believe that the Kim family is a parasite preying on Park’s wealth. On the contrary, the privileged family has, in some ways, exploited the labor of the working family for their enjoyment. The fifth moral position, I Would Do Whatever Made Me Happy, may serve as the foundation for each party. Along with this principle, we have forgotten about other people’s rights, freedom from slavery, and the right to equal treatment in society. It results in a violation of basic human rights. This defiance results in selfishness, narcissism, and greed.
As the negative connotation of parasitism suggests….killing and bloodsucking. How can I enjoy having something from someone whose life I am extinguishing? According to Conan O Brien, an American celebrity, “if you work really hard and you’re kind, amazing things will happen.” This quotation is similar to Chaffee’s previous moral position: “I would do what is best for everyone.” Being kind to yourself and others will bring you good fortune.

Throughout the film, the moral problem is depicted. Events like the flooding scenario, where the Kims were asked by a neighbor for assistance but refused. The son and daughter abandon their Korean names in favor of English names like Kevin and Jessica. They are obtaining the role of a housekeeper by claiming that the employee is gravely ill.
These are all dilemmas involving values, beliefs, and ideals.

Religious morality, morality and nature, individual morality, and social morality are all represented by Chaffee’s seven moral viewpoints.
Religious morality is a body of knowledge that teaches religious facts via rules, rituals, and theology.
The interaction between humanity and nature is referred to as morality and nature.
Taking activities based on the natural world around us.
Individual morality is concerned with ethically permissible and forbidden individual activities.
The main component of social morality is fairness or equality. This encompasses principles against discrimination based on race, socioeconomic class, religion, or gender.

The above factors can be practiced in properly distinguishing decision-making and action in the application. Last but above all,
let the saying guide us:
Evil is evil even if everyone does it.
Good is good even if no one does it.
