Leo Rodriguez DB 8

I chose the movie Parasite. They are an extremely poor family that chose to lie, cheat, steal and do anything to benefits themselves regardless of anyone else’s problem. Of course many people have dealt with poverty or still do no matter their age or jobs they hold. The major dilemma is choosing how to get more money. Some people work and continue to live by their means and/or find other ways for income. This topic is vast has many different angles of attack to get your goal in so many ways.

  1. I would follow my conscience: Depending on their conscience how clean or dirty it is they would just continue their job and not cause all this chaos.
  2. I don’t know what I would do: I feel they would keep living their life and not do much to change it.
  3. I would do whatever would improve my own situation: This is what seemed to happen in the movie and their greed caused them alot more problems.
  4. I Would Do What God or the Scriptures Say Is Right: They most likely would not cause any other people harm and definitely not cause others pain.
  5. I Would Do Whatever Made Me Happy: They would probably still do their evil deeds over getting their money over everything.
  6. I would follow the advice of an authority figure: In the movie they followed the fathers words and he was the one truly guiding them into all problems.
  7. I would do what’s best for everyone: It seems the family just thought for themselves and their own self interest. They did not look out for others outside the family, if they did they most likely would not hurt anyone.

My choices would be to follow my conscience. I tend to think and believe that I can trust my conscience and focus on myself without trying to hurt others for no reason and cause harm to others. I would do my best to find another job, other side gigs, ask friends or search online for work. I would continue my education (like i am now) and build my resume as much as i can. I feel if you are kind hearted, smart, good worker, and have empathy you will be paid back by karma in many ways.
