In the United States, the Second Amendment guarantees Americans the right to own and carry guns for self-defense in their homes.

The Second Amendment to the United States Constitution protects the right to keep and bear arms. If I would rewrite the second amendment based on what’s happening in our country with fire arms. I would say, you could own a gun if you pass a background check and see if you have convicted any felonies. If you have any children to make sure the gun is not loaded and keep far away from child’s reach.
