Summary

The census website's demographics honestly surprised me a lot. This is because our population has moved around a lot, according to the census In 2006, we had the most people, but since then, our population has decreased by 27,000. Despite the fact that we are still a very large state, I am surprised that we have the highest crime rate ever recorded because our state's population was much higher in 2006, which makes me wonder what the crime rate was like then. People in my neighborhood have said that we're going back in time rather than making progress. This makes me wonder if perhaps this is how bad things were back then. Our Hispanic population has also decreased significantly.
