Welcome to Week 14!

This is our penultimate (last but one) week in this course! We have studied many different criminological theories. You have worked hard to remember them all and apply them to your assignments. This week we will focus on the critical and radical theories in Criminology. These theories do not accept how traditional criminologists view crime and punishment. These are exciting theories, and I hope you will be well versed by the end of the week.

Exam 3 is due tonight (Monday, 11/29). Please make sure to submit it on time. Play catch up this week and submit any of your missing assignments. Check Bb and let me know if I am missing a grade for a submitted assignment. There is a discussion forum for this week, so please make sure to participate as well.

I am around during my office hours tomorrow and on Thursday, from 1:00 pm to 2:30 pm. Please stop by and talk to me about anything that is of concern to you in this class. I can also advise you if you have more than 30 credits and are in criminal justice major. Find me on ZOOM: https://bmcc-cuny.zoom.us/j/3772687009
