Black-or-White Fallacy
The Black or White Fallacy is when someone assumes that there are only two options or answers to a question when more than two options/answers actually exist. An example of this type of Fallacy is while at a car dealer store the dealer asks you, “will you be paying cash or card?” The car dealer asks you this when you only started looking at the vehicle, he is definitely omitting another option – That you are just browsing.
