I decided to pick the film “Moonlight” So the movie was about a young African American named Chiron who had a pretty bad childhood growing in his own neighborhood. So the film was mainly about his life, school life, race and identify from how I’m see it. I would say the outcomes this dilemma from the 7 moral positions are 1, 3, 5 and maybe 4. My reason for choosing those position is really trying figure out who you really are and doing what you think honestly feels best for you. Most importantly if that’s making you truly happy then leaves as that honestly because there’s nothing better than seeing yourself smile because you feel what your doing is right for yourself. I would say the moral values based on the film is being true to yourself. My thoughts on my own moral compass is really being true to myself when everyday goes by.

Hello Alex, I do agree with this entire post as I too also picked this film. I like when you said that “Most importantly if that’s making you truly happy then leaves as that honestly because there’s nothing better than seeing yourself smile because you feel what your doing is right for yourself”. This is so true because only you can decide what’s best for yourself and not what others said about you. Do whatever makes you happy as you said similarly before.
Hi Alex, I like your moral compass as at the end of the day the only person your truly supposed to satisfy and value is yourself because it would be a horrible life of only pleasing others while being miserable.
