After watching the video “ TED TALK” “The Paradox of Choice.” by Barry Schwartz, I noticed that the author explained many interesting facts regarding how choosing perspective is linked to our freedom. He further explained how making a vast amount of choice makes us frustrated, less likely to choose, more likely to mess up, and less happy overall before giving us concrete strategies and tips to ease the burden of decision-making.
