For our Unit 4 Assignment, we will return to the discussion board.
We will reflect on what we’ve learned in class and through our course materials to discuss how expanding globally can be more complicated for organizations than it seems. We will explore cultural differences across country borders, the negative stigmas around offshoring and outsourcing work, and the special considerations organizations need to take into account before expanding.
