- 1.I feel like the demotivating part of Harpers job is that she is stressed , she has way to much work that she isn’t able to do anything outside of work . Her new boss is unaware and is not really seeing how dedicated Harper is about her work which makes her feel unappreciated . With Jose she was able to express her ideas and was able to interact and connect .
2. If I was an HR manager I would definitely advise for David to contribute , communicate and to connect and interact with Harpers ideas more so she feels heard and appreciated . Since Harper is stressed about work and she has a lot on her shoulders I would suggest to get another person to help her out so the work is even and not all of the work is being relayed on one person .
3. The downside of losing Harper as an employee is that Harper has experience in this company and know how things work around , Harper is really dedicated in her work . Getting a new employee can take time due to training and finding someone who is Able to do the job correctly.

The founder
- 1. Ray Kroc and the brothers are different from each other because Ray Kroc wanted the company to grow and to expand everywhere in the world , while the brothers wanted the company to be small and local , The brothers weren’t as ambitious as Ray kroc , The brothers wanted the food to still have a good quality while being fast food .
- 2a) I feel like the brothers made a great choice to sell company to Ray Kroc because McDonald’s is now a successful global company even though there was struggles it has successfully overcame it.
- 2b) I feel like it wasn’t fair to the brothers because the original creators of McDonald’s was them and they deserve to get enough credit and share.
- 3) The local franchise made more money by adding items from McDonald’s to there menus , since it is a well known brand people would purchase from there .
- 4) Ray Kroc earned money from Franchise fees as well as buying lands and being in real estate .
5) This really did change my view on McDonald’s because who would’ve thought what started off as a small local company, it has expanded around the world and is one of the most successful company.
McDonald’s ethic
A restaurant that I’ve been going since I was a kid was McDonald’s . McDonald’s is known for providing fast food and entertainment for kids. This is the first company that came to mind since my family has worked in this company before and still is till this day. I have noticed that the social responsibility’s have changed over the years . Currently McDonald’s is finding ways to reduce, recycle and reuse in all their businesses . They are using paper straws instead of plastic straws , I also noticed they are using paper bags and stopped using plastic bags. McDonald’s has also been using low LED energy light as well as energy saving equipment in most of their businesses . McDonald’s has been recycling their cardboard boxes , their packaging is also made of renewable resources . A ethical way McDonald’s has contributed in is working with variety of charities as well as helping community’s and people’s need. McDonald’s also provides protection for health and safety, any type of harassment and discrimination. I would recommend for the business to participate in organizations such as helping people who starve around the world. I would also recommend for McDonald’s employees to not be exploited , the workplace seems very rushed and stressful which is why I noticed that many people don’t like working in fast food companies because of the environment.
