Uli with Sound
Uli with Title + Credits
I added a title and simple end credits which I will add to once I pick the soundtrack. This is also missing a big chunk in the middle where ~the action happens~ which I will be adding soon.
Uli cont. with Effect
Uli in After Effects
Here’s Uli in his background. I left room at the beginning for a title. At the end of this clip, he spots the rock that he will later pick up and put in his pocket.
His movements are pretty fast. I would like to smooth them out and slow them down a little.
I definitely think the original storyboard I made is too involved. This was a lot more work than I was expecting and it’s only the beginning of his story. Hopefully it gets a bit easier the more you do it!

I’m worried this may be a little long, but it all seemed so short and sweet in my head!

I updated this so he turns his head for a bit longer.

Walk Cycle (rough)
Here’s my first go at my character’s walk cycle. I decided to color him in a bit so I could get a better look at how his appendages were moving. I think I’d like to make his movements a little more flowery and slow him down a bit, but I like the overall gait.
