Hello Adiche, I hope this finds you well. I recently indulged on your TedTalk of ”We Should All Be Feminists.” Your views, and the way you describe them were really intriguing and entertaining. In many ways, I do agree with what you’ve stated especially with your generalization of the common problem being society. It takes a lot to be a woman, it also takes a lot for a woman to consider herself a feminist. That simple word has been drug through simply because, we as human decide it’s finally time to stand for equality. As a bit of a feminist myself I indulge in other women’s stand for their rights, and themselves. But there are many who misinform or are misinformed on what a feminist really is, and what it’s actually like. Nevertheless, I felt the need to tell you how touched I felt on your speech. Thank you for your time.
