9) According to Poet Ali ” the language of being the minority…one of the most important languages you can ever speak in your life”(4) what I think he means is when someone feels that they are not part of something. For example, whenever you hang out with your friends they all seem to have fun without you. It makes you feel rejected. I think at least everyone have experience with this, myself included.
10) “Why is it that the most spoken-about language in the world is the one we have the toughest time speaking or expressing”(5) I think what he referencing is when people have a hard time learning how to love. We show them how its a struggle of loving when we don’t understand what we doing or when we haven’t receive the proper emotion, it could be hard for them to express it.

You honestly opened my mind to what he meant about that quote. I was going to say Pain. We have experienced pain before, in all shapes and forms. Hurt people, hurt people. We don’t know how to unburden ourselves with the pain. We don’t talk about it, and close ourselves off. We don’t express our pain due to being scared of being judged. But love, I think I like that one better, as humans we all look for connections, and what to be loved in our way &’ the way we choose to define love.
