                                    Analysis of Two ECEC

Analysis of two ECEC I CHOSE SOCIAL SKILLS, PROBLEM, BEHAVIORS, AND ADAPTIVE SOCIAL EMOTIONS i’ve chosen these two tools to write about teaches can identify and support children with special need let’s start with adaptive social emotional learning. You are very important for children. Special needs to help them succeed in school work and life adaptive development refer to the development of a self help skill in behavior that helps children cope with demand in their environment, these skills include sleeping feed and dressing and social interactions with delay and adapter development may also have delays and other areas of development and being a teacher. This is where we keep notes of every progress and non-progress of each student we will start with their social emotional learning. This will help children develop the skills. They need to succeed in school, self wellness, self management and social awareness, relationship skills and special needs may have difficulties with the skills but SEL can help them overcome these challenges, here are some support of social emotional learning and children special needs is the morning check-in. Ask students to show their feelings and what they looking forward to this can help students feel open about their emotions and encourage empathy. This is a achievement of regular and special education children. now, children with social skills and problem behaviors. The work is a little more strenuous and hard. We have to use a positive reinforcement this often. The most effective way to manage challenge behaviors. It can also help children learn new behaviors. We can start with social stories, role-play empathy, problem-solving, communication, and remain calm as a teacher, we have to work on each one of these in order to have some order and I will classroom and two try to control the behavior problems with behavior problems. They have trouble connecting with other kids making friends and understanding what’s expected of them there are times with children with behavior problems. They miss social skills, misinterpret, body, language and tones of voices. Kids were learning disability may talk too much or at the wrong time or say things that are totally inappropriate this again is where we as educators have to always keep her open mind and open book to write down important things about the children with behaviors and non-behaviors with adaptive development, social emotional learning adaptive development refers to development of a social, self-help skill behaviors that help children cope with the demands of their environment should with social behavior problems. It is so much different at home then it is for them and School. They feel more comfortable at home. We don’t really know how bad the behavior is in the house, but when they get into an environment in the school environment with teachers and other students behavior, problem is very severe side of my area as possible to access they have a quality of performance observed while doing a task not much emphasis on school related items and educational settings the contra skills separate from functional task. It also says that results are obtained from caregivers interview so we have to talk with the parents or the caregivers to work together so we can help the child with his or her behavior.

It was for us as teachers to help identify and support children with special needs. We need to conduct regular observations of students behavior and academic performance. We need to utilize screening to maintain open communication with parents and we need to collaborate with specialist when observing a students behavior and academic process. We must pay close attention to patterns and students engagement, social interactions, learn difficulties, and progress and different areas to identify the potential needs that we need to help the students utilize screen to communicate with parents and the key strategy includes observing students behavior and the academic process, utilize screening tools, instructions and reinforcements. It takes a village to raise a child and it takes a strong village to deal with a child behavior teaches alone, a hard time by themselves, but this is where we have to evaluate, sit back and watch his progress up his behavior doing playtime so can a teacher identify student with special needs first is the evaluation part that we must do we must see how keep up with the students or if the child can’t keep up with other students and when the child can’t, this is when the behavior comes in the behavior makes them more comfortable with what they do because they don’t know how to express themselves other than misbehaving not a bad thing. It’s just the thing it’s just that they need to work on educators we can help them work on it. This is why the school system we need more productive teachers, and specialist inside our schools to help with the children’s and the families I have a student in my classroom and within the second day, I identified his behavior problems. He’s especially on spectrum and when he cannot figure something out, he gets irritated so whatever it is in his hand, he is throwing it. He’s crying. He’s on the floor. He’s acting out. This is when I step in and I get on the floor with him and I asked, are you OK, he doesn’t speak, but he sometimes someone to talk to him in a calm voice and by doing this this helps him regain his composure and to be able to go back with the other students and play his next outbreak so this is something that has to be constantly done this is what I have to constantly do-so in both of these assessments that I’ve chosen together I feel like they coincide with each other with children with behavior, problems, and social development problems notice that the student that I have in my class with the behavior problems there is a young student in there as well and when she sees him like this, she calms him down. She talk to him. She wrote up his back and I find that to be very interesting and very mature of her as educators another thing there is how can we as teaches help support children with learning disability or learning behavior is easy but it’s not easy. You just have to change your curriculum around a little bit enough to wear. They will work a little bit easier us helping them they would be able to do the work because us as teachers we, we know what we need to do. We have to assess the problem and us doing that we can have time more time to help the children with the social and the behavior problems. This is when I was growing up we didn’t have TA and our classrooms, we just had a classroom for children with behavior, problems, and other children was in another classroom but now we are all together. All the students are together and this is why they need Paris and TA in the classroom to help the teacher have a successful classroom how we also can help children with special needs and the classroom teachers, we can give instant feedback and support. Students may also get pulled out of service with specials with specialist to teach their needs, and this is what we need more specialist in the schools more resources because the teachers have a very hard job to do so when a child lacks social and emotional development skills, they lack a lot they don’t know how to communicate with other children they their emotions they don’t know how to show it when they do show. Emotion is always angry emotions so we need to work on that with our students as their families, some families say there’s no problem at home but how can not be a problem at home when the child comes to school and there’s a huge problem we all need to work together to make sure this child is as successful as he or she can possibly be. There was an article that I read tackling behavior and social skills. Sooner than later it says social and behavior skills are essential for long life success but children with special needs often struggle with these skills for example, some children with special needs they struggle is communication, social skills they Difficult coping with every day situations as far as social and emotional learning is the process of understanding and management, emotional settings, social skills behavior, that predicts, social outcome and certain situations like the student that I have in my classroom he’s autistic but on the spectrum and Child like him with ASD have more pronounce impairments and adapting with social skills than other areas of development and these deficits can also include partition, participating and social activities following rules and knowing table manners, my student has very little table manners when it is something that he don’t want like milk he throw it, but we are working with him and he’s coming along better every day and I like that so before I end this paper, I would like to say that we need more help in the schools more resources and more fundings in order for us to have a successful school. We need help with families with children with these learning problems. This is where the fun and the resources come in, able to have a specialist come and talk with the child and meet with the parents will be totally great but lotta schools don’t have that funding and a lot of parents don’t have the finance for things such as specialist.
