El viernes, 22 de octubre: Discusión sobre los tres temas y contexto histórico. Trabajo en grupo para crear presentaciones.
Ojo: Si faltas… if you miss class either of these days, you must talk to me to make arrangements to make up the work. If you missed the presentation, write a short paragraph in your own words about ONE of the following topics. Tell me what you learned and what was interesting to you. Please include 2 sources beyond Wikipedia:
- La revolución cubana (1960)
- La religión Santería
- El grupo Fania
Proyecto final
PROYECTO FINAL SPN105:
For this final project you will record a video describing a place. You may describe where you live, where you work, or any public space. The video should be approximately 30-40 seconds of you talking. You will describe where it is located, what there is there, and what you (and other people) do there. You should use the word HAY, prepositions of place, adjectives of description, and present-tense verbs. You should answer all the following questions:
- Qué hay en ese lugar
- Una descripción de todo
- Ubicación de todo
- Qué hacen allí
You can record the video on any device. You do not have to show yourself but you do have to show the place/objects so that I can verify what you are saying.
Then upload it to YouTube (privately) and share the link on OpenLab along with the text of what you say in the video as a comment in this post:
