This class is an introduction to public speaking. We generate topics and organize ideas, master elements of audience psychology, and practice techniques of speech presentation. All elements of speech production and presentation are explored. There will be some homework, but I will incorporate time for homework and speech preparation into classroom time.
This class meets twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays. First day of class is Thursday, August 26, 2021. Last day of class is Thursday, December 16th.
