About Me

My name is Sania, and I am currently pursuing my associate’s degree in early childhood education at BMCC. The next semester will be my last before graduation. As a proud wife and mother to a 3-year-old and 1-year-old, I wholeheartedly cherish the joys and responsibilities of nurturing children’s early development. My background in Studio Art reinforces my belief in the power of creative expression and hands-on activities to provide an enriching, engaging learning experience for little ones. My journey with children started early, as I embraced opportunities to babysit and assist young children, sparking my passion for fostering their growth. In this program, I hope to develop a deeper understanding of meeting the diverse needs of young children, assessing their unique learning styles and developmental milestones, addressing challenging behaviors with compassion, communicating effectively with parents as partners, collaborating with fellow teachers, and ensuring optimal support for each child’s learning journey. I am thrilled to be learning new perspectives from my professors and peers that will help prepare me to make a positive difference in the lives of children.
