  1. The story on Fredrick Douglass was very interesting to me. He speaks about his experience in learning how to read and write. He was first being taught to read by his mistress. The mistress later then stopped teaching Douglass because of her husband. He had some other boys from his neighborhood teach him to read. Soon enough he was able to learn to read. His ability to read actually helped him learn how to write as well. Douglass hated being a slave and he feared that he’ll be stuck in that position for the rest of his life. He wanted a way out of it which he was able to achieve after learning how to write. Hannah Jones and Wilentz believe that slavery played a big role in the history of America. They believe that not a lot of people are aware of the true depths behind slavery which is what they both try to explain. Such as Fredrick Douglass and many other enslaved African Americans who went through so many struggles to get out of slavery.

  2. I have been browsing online more than 3 hours these days, but
I by no means found any fascinating article like yours.
It is beautiful value enough for me. In my opinion, if all site owners and bloggers made just right content material as you probably did,
the web might be a lot more useful than ever before.
