1. Ideology is a believe or practice shared by a group of people that might believe in that particular idea. Could be political, religious or spiritual.I understand idealogy as a shared belief by a group of individuals. Like I previously wrote it could be religious but it is not practiced by force. It may connect one with its ideas for a better impact in our lives. If one choose to stand by it it is respected , praised and supported. It may unify one’s while sharing those same beliefs.

2) Conservatives are the richer or high class’s group that would rather less government control . They want less taxes whiles liberals on the other hand want government control because they’re mostly poorer people or lower class that needs government assistance therefore they prefer higher taxes for the benefits. The deciding line is conservatives: too much government threatens freedom since they support capitalism and liberty : claims that government can ensure fairness .

3) He talks about the concept of having freedom but not acting like it because of the dictatorship we’re used to while growing up in our society . He gives school as an example because it’s harder to question something when you’ve been programmed your whole life to believe that certain things it’s normal so therefore most people just continue living their lives as is .

  1. You, Elsa Daourou make some good points, and I agree with the overall ideas you’re explaining. You’re right that an ideology is basically a shared belief system that connects people and guides how they see the world. As an individuals point of view, experiences and perceptive heavy impact once self. Your point about conservatives and liberals also captures the basic difference in how each views the role of government, even though people of all income levels can fall into either group.
