Summary

1. The system in which I believe is better suited to protect the individual is the mayor of New York and the NYC city assembly. I believe that this system is better suited because the mayor of New York is more focused on just one city and his task and what he has to do for the people that live inside New York. And when he is unavailable he has many deputy mayors to do the job of playing mayor when he is not around meaning that they are focused on Policies. Also the NYC city assemblyAs to do with all aspects of city life then negotiate city budgets an monitor city agency such as the paramedication and the NYPD. Making sure they're effectively serving new yorkers meaning the people.
2. My answer to this question is yes it is anti-democratic part of our government, For choosingthe judge in federal courts. I believe the reason for this is because of the capitalist meaning the wealthy class. Believe this is not a today issue but something that happened in history that we did not change and it remains the same. Believe the capitalist played a role in choosing Judges and federal courts because They like to have power and in control, Back in the monopoly days when CorneliusVanderbilt, JPMorgan , John D. Rockefeller And Andrew Carnegie They bought off many presidents in court system because a lot of their workers wanted to go against them but making sure that they could not they bought off many judges and presidents to make sure that they could still continue with their monopolizing. So the made sure that the federal courts are from There's aim social class or make sure that that judge could be bought off. So the capitalist had power then and they have power now and I believe this is why that that is anti-democratic because democraticVote from all the people but this is something that is not democratic which is chosen from the capitalist From back in history up until now
