1. The distinction between owners and employees is that owners are making money off investments while employees are making money income from all the work they are putting in at a company. The owners make most of their money from all the work that the employees do.
  2. From my understanding I think he was trying to say that money is not or should not be at the for front of a company because it’s not what makes the company, but the hard work and labor is what really makes or breaks a company.
  3. I agree with the argument class is not an identity because who you are as a person does not come close to what class you are in. Who you are as a person inside an out cannot be defined but what your “social class” is. You can be a person of a lower class but the way you are carrying yourself on a daily nobody would ever think that.
  4. From my understanding I believe the argument means that people from certain social classes need others from that social class to help build connections and share information.
